Event Description:

We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP! Fire up the Big Green Eggs, marinate the ribs, pork butt, brisket and chickens.

 

Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the chefs.

We will be Preparing Ribs, Brisket, Pork Butt and whole Chickens

Wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available)

Creative versions of macaroni and cheese and delicious roasted vegetables.

 

There is a Break from 9:30 to 3:00

Each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00

Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.

Each person leaves with a recipe book of everything prepared that day.
