Leadership Johns Creek is designed to develop future community leaders.  The LJC Program exposes the future leaders of Johns Creek to issues of business, healthcare, education, human services, public safety and government. After graduation participants are then challenged to apply their talents by joining professional associations, civic clubs, public boards and commissions.
Leadership Johns Creek provides its participants with the unique opportunity to meet and discuss issues with current community leaders.  This face to face conversations allow LJC participants to further develop their goals for improving the quality of our Johns Creek community and establish connections to facilitate this process.
The LJC program consists of a mandatory weekend retreat in August, followed by none month program.  Classes meets once a month and are dedicated to an in depth analysis of issues facing Johns Creek.  Participants are able to apply the information and skills they are developing to a team community service project.
