Event Description:
Enjoy a Mimosa or a coffee as you mingle, renew friendships and welcome prospective members! Meet representatives from all our charities and learn more about who they serve and their volunteer opportunities. We'll also be doing our first service project of the year: assembling TLC Personal Care Kits for children and young adults in the CHRIS 180 program. (55 males & 34 females in program currently)
Please plan to be there at 10 am and bring the following items with you to the meeting:
- Shower Caddy: a portable plastic bucket to hold toiletries and that will drain easily.
- Full-size Personal Grooming Products: shampoo, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, non-alcoholic mouthwash, deodorant, new washcloths, new hair brushes and combs. (or a combination of any or all)
Don't have time to shop? Checks may be made out to Charity Guild of St Ives and Greater Johns Creek and your donation will be used for CHRIS 180.
