Fall is a favorite time of year for friends, family and food. Seasonal vegetables and herbs provide a warm and inviting  home. This month at Prima Olive we will feature four seasonal favorites that will please your palate.  We will begin with a Roasted Root Vegetable Soup followed by a Spinach and Walnut Salad complimented by our Cranberry Walnut EVOO and Cranberry Walnut Dark Balsamic. 

Our main will feature a Pecan Crusted Roasted Pork Tenderloin accompanied by a Sweet Potato Hash roasted in Prima Olive's Rosemary infused EVOO with other natural seasoning. 

The final course will feature a Pumpkin Creme Brûlée 

Suggested pairing for your BYOB Evening would be a Castle Rock Pinot Noir
