Public Hearing on amendment to Chapter 30-Nuisances

An amendment to Chapter 30-Nuisances of the City of Johns Creek Code of Ordinances is scheduled for Public Hearing on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 7 p.m.
The public hearing will be held at Johns Creek City Hall, Council Chambers, 12000 Findley Road, Suite 300, Johns Creek, GA  30097 during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.  

An amendment is proposed to address specific noise nuisances in the City of Johns Creek including, but not limited to, music and amplified sound, landscaping and yard maintenance equipment, construction activity, domesticated animals and trash collection.
