Toastmasters International Speech Contest - a chance for the best speakers in the club to compete for the opportunity to be the club representative to the Area Contest - and our first chili-cook-off.  There will be several types of chili, including vegetarian, available for tasting and everyone will get to vote to select the "People's Choice" chili
