Event Description:
With the daily stresses of everyday life of work, sitting in front of the computer, traffic, kids, etc. our breathing becomes shallow and most of us breath using only the top portions of our lungs. No wonder heart disease is the number 1 killer in America!

In this class you will learn the qualities of good breathing.
Learn how to use your diaphragm to deepen your breath, open up your heart, calm your mind, relieve stress, release energy blocks and sleep better.

You will be guided through several exercises for active breath work and then we will go even deeper with a 45 minute guided visual meditation to open up and balance out the chakras.
Wear comfortable loose clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal 30 minutes before class.
