Event Description:
We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP!
We'll fire up the Big Green Eggs, then marinate the ribs, pork butt, brisket and chickens.
Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the chefs.
Put the ribs, pork and brisket on the Big Green Eggs. This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon. Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese, delicious roasted vegetables and a roasted sweet potato hash. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs.
Set up for our dinner guests (each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00). 
Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.
Each person will leave with recipes of everything prepared for the day!
