Another Seat a the Table - Diversity and Inclusion Training PART TWO
An organization with a culture of diversity and inclusion is a healthier and more profitable organization! Learn the importance of making all employees feel attached to the organization and why it matters.
PART TWO covers the legal aspects of knowing the laws as it relates to ADA, EEOC Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and more. We will then transition into best practices for creating a diverse culture and minimize legal liability over the life cycle of and employee (e.g. proper/improper interview questions, structuring programs that integrate employees into the culture of the firm, documenting/communicating performance issues, etc.).
