Event Description:
Live2Lead is a leader development experience designed to equip attendees with new perspectives and key take-a-ways. What is typically a half day session will be presented in five separate sessions each day over lunch hour. Each session will be facilitated by Gregg Mooney with Leadership Max.
Day 1 – John Maxwell - This is the first segment in the 2020 Live 2 Lead series. John Maxwell will be addressing The Joy of the Journey, with respect to our approach to failure and success, desire and consistency, wanting to make a difference, the steps in our journey, and how we can Change our World!!
Day 2 –Kat Cole – This is the second session in the 2020 Live2Lead series. Kat Cole, former Hooters waitress and now global COO and President of FOCUS brands, will compare and contrast the high visibility of “Highlights and Headlines” moments with the more routine “Heart and Hustle” requirements of getting the job done well.
Day 3 – Steve Harvey – In the third session of the 2020 L2L series, John Maxwell interviews Steve Harvey, entertainer, NYT best-selling author, businessman and philanthropist, about his Journey. Steve’s stories about his beginning in show business, losing everything he owned twice, living out of his car, and other personal lessons will amaze and inspire you! And make you laugh!
Day 4 – Alan Mulally – In the fourth session of the 2020 L2L series, Alan Mulally, former CEO of Boeing and Ford Motor, addresses how his corporate programs of personal and team commitment, values, and transparency have consistently led to success in these major corporations.
Day 5 – Craig Groeschel – In the fifth session of the 2020 L2L series, Craig Groeschel, NYT best-selling author and Pastor of Life Church shares insights of how to remain flexible, foresee uncertainty, and anticipate change.

Kat is the Co-Founder of Changers of Commerce and the Founder of Be the Change Revolutions, both non-profit emphasize her commitment to the community. She is the top Ranked Female Speaker of all-time within all Speakers Bureaus. When John Maxwell heard her speak at an event in January, he knew she needed to be a part of Live2Lead.
STEVE HARVEY is known as the busiest man in Hollywood. But when he is not entertaining, he’s a dedicated mentor and motivator. Mr. Harvey’s passion is helping people, which led to the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation, helping underprivileged children receive the tools for success. ALAN MULLALY served as president and chief executive officer of The Ford Motor Company and as a member of Ford's board of directors from 2006-2014. Mulally led Ford's transformation into one of the world's leading automobile companies and the #1 automobile brand in the United States. Prior to joining Ford, Mulally served The Boeing Company for 37 years as executive vice president, and president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and of Boeing Information, Space and Defense Systems. Throughout his career, Mulally has been recognized for his contributions, industry leadership, and service, including being named #3 on FORTUNE's "World's Greatest Leaders", one of "The World's Most Influential People" by TIME magazine and "Chief Executive of the Year" by Chief Executive magazine. Mulally currently serves on the board of directors of Google, Carbon 3D, and the Mayo Clinic.
