February's "Meet the Chef" will highlight the month of "Love". The love of cooking with EVOO with Chrissi and Jim MacGregor the owners of Prima Olive. Please join them in fun filled evening of heart, healthy, herbaceous, heavenly delights. Since our in-house nutritionist will highlight the best foods for the heart this month we thought we would contribute four courses that included healthy tips and dishes that benefit the heart as well.
