Kristie has an MS in Exercise Science and a BS in Biomedical Sciences and she has been a personal trainer since 2001 as well as a lifelong athlete. She is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), and a CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer. She recently attended an 8-hour class named “The Roll Model Method” and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge from that course to help you reduce pain and decrease stiffness that can be brought on by repetitive motions (or lack of movement) in our everyday lives
