Christopher M. Foss, Senior ADA
Senior Assistant District Attorney Christopher Foss joined the District Attorney’s Office in June of 2012. Prior to coming to the office, Christopher spent four and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Enotah Judicial Circuit in White and Towns Counties; and was the only ADA in Towns County. After a stint in the Complaint Room, he served as a Senior ADA in the Non-Complex Trial Division and Trial Division before being chosen as the North Fulton Community Prosecutor. Foss is a graduate of Michigan State University and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI before moving to GA in January of 2007. During his tenure as a prosecutor, ADA Foss has tried a wide variety of both Felony and Misdemeanor cases and is a 2009 graduate of The State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyer's Division Leadership Academy and was a nominee for Leadership Georgia in 2010 and 2011.
