In an effort to meet our staffing demands, we are offering candidates an opportunity to complete a 1 week PCA (Personal Care Assistant) training program, in which upon successfully completing they would obtain an employment offer from ResCare Homecare!
ResCare will offer in classroom Personal Care Aide training that could possibly lead to future industry career opportunities like CNA, LPN or RN. This entry level program teaches the foundational skills needed to gain employment as a Personal Care Assistant.
