First-tee nerves, competition nerves, taking a while to find your rhythm, too many thoughts, ‘choking’, chunking... and the list goes on. We’ve all been there.
This relaxed, informal and fun WORKSHOP could be your missing link to more enjoyment and better shots on the course.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- Develop greater relaxation as it relates to your golf game;
- How to apply good breathing techniques for performance;
- Develop skill in being rooted and centered for each swing;
- Understand why ‘feeling and release’ is better than ‘thoughts and control’;
- Gain insight into the idea of ‘energy consciousness’ in golf.
**Bring a short iron (9 or PW) with you.
