Are YOU ready to assist with the day-to-day operations of a CPA firm? Are you ready for an administrative position with growth opportunities? Mays & Associates, a Milton GA CPA firm is seeking an Office Manager, or an Administrative Assistant that can grow into the Office Manager position. We have been growing, plus changes required by Covid lead us to changes in this position. We specialize in individual taxes and all aspects of small business consulting, accounting and taxes. We also represent taxpayers before the IRS and state governments. Become a part of the team that will make a difference. We help our clients minimize taxes and maximize their business growth. We need an office manager that will become an integral part of our service. You will be responsible for directly interfacing with Clients and assisting the accounting and tax staff in meeting our clients’ needs. If you are the right candidate for us, you will be: • Experienced with 3 to 5 years of solid administrative and customer service experience; • A self-starter, team player and an independent worker; • Excellent in communications, both verbal and written, whether by email, phone calls or on-site meetings; • A people person who enjoys helping others through strong client relationships; • Able to share with management an overall strategy of client service and team building; • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook; • Competent in bookkeeping with at least intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software. Location: Milton, GA Compensation: Salary based on abilities and experience of candidate. • Fulltime preferred but heavy part time possible for the right candidate.
